About Us
Art endures when it finds new ways to exist.
House of Araya was born to prove that an artist's legacy doesn't end with their work. It continues in the people who discover it. In the objects that bring it closer to the world. In the stories that keep being told. Because preserving is also creating a future.
Who was Araya Peralta

Araya Peralta (1979–2024) was a Venezuelan artist and illustrator known for building visual universes where nature, imagination, and symbolism engage with a deeply contemporary sensibility.
Born and raised in Venezuela, she pursued her early studies there before moving to London at the age of twenty to continue her artistic training. She later settled in Barcelona, the city that would become her home for the rest of her life and where her visual language continued to evolve.
Her work was published and developed for international brands and institutions, positioning her visual language within contemporary illustration.
Following her passing, an important artistic archive remains — composed of original works, digital illustrations, and unpublished projects that form the starting point of this project.
Our purpose
House of Araya was created with the purpose of preserving that legacy, bringing it closer to new generations, and building a sustainable model that ensures her work continues to grow over time.
This isn't just about selling products inspired by her work, but about creating a cultural platform where art, design, and nature coexist under one identity.
